The hand of Fatima or “Hamsa“. An eye adorns the palm of the blue hand. This ancient sign plays a role in many religions and cultures. It is often worn as an amulet and is supposed to ward off evil or the “evil eye“. In other cultures it stands for luck, courage or security.
